Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations

Full refunds and exchanges are available within 14 days from the date tracking indicates the order was delivered. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If your order has already shipped and changes have not been made, please return the items unused for a full refund.

We provide real-time tracking information for all orders. If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please wait 48 hours before contacting us at vberdnikova17@gmail.com. We will do our best to locate the package and extend your timeframe for refunds or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and send them to vberdnikova17@gmail.com. We will send a replacement order immediately.

If your order is identified as lost by the shipping carrier, we will ship a replacement order immediately.
